RUSH Hair Joint CEOs Stell Andrew and Andy Phouli expressed enthusiasm for the renewed alliance. Andrew highlighted the existing familiarity of L’Oréal products with the RUSH Artistic Team and its salons. Both CEOs anticipate numerous creative events throughout the year, facilitated by the partnership.

He emphasised L’Oréal's commitment to fostering industry growth and creativity. The collaboration intends to leverage RUSH's talent with L'Oréal's product innovations to improve hair colour, care, and artistry.
Andy Phouli noted that the partnership offers a balance of creativity and business acumen, aligning with RUSH's values. The shared emphasis on community building and team spirit was also cited as a key factor in the decision.
