Revlon Professional recently celebrated 13 colourists graduating from its inaugural Colour Specialist Programme. The ceremony took place at Revlon Professional HQ in London, recognising months of intensive training.
The programme aimed to elevate colour expertise through technical mastery and creative excellence. Graduates achieved 7 Distinctions, 4 Merits, and 2 Passes, reflecting a high standard of achievement. This marks a significant step for Revlon Professional's advanced education offerings in the UK and Ireland.
Rio-Agor Watts, Group Education Manager UKI, highlighted the programme's success in developing passionate and talented colourists. Matt Horder, General Manager UKI, emphasised the growth and community aspects of the training. Graduate Sally Roux noted the course boosted her confidence and client communication skills.
The graduation signifies these 13 colourists are now recognised Masters of Colour within the Revlon Professional community. This initiative points to an industry trend where brands are investing in specialised, high-level training to cultivate distinct skill sets. For salon owners, such programmes highlight the value of ongoing, brand-aligned education in fostering a highly skilled and motivated team.
