Regis and Supercuts have announced a partnership with The Little Princess Trust, naming the charity its official cause for 2026. The initiative will see both salon brands offer complimentary haircuts to clients donating a minimum of 12 inches of natural hair to the charity. This service includes a cut, shampoo, restyle, and blast dry, directly supporting the trust's mission to provide wigs for young people experiencing hair loss.
The Little Princess Trust supports over 2,000 children and young adults annually, most of whom lose hair due to cancer treatments. The partnership was inspired by a presentation from the charity at the Wella TrendVision Awards, where salon executives learned about their wig-making and research efforts. Carla Whelan, CEO of Supercuts and Regis, further personal commitment to the cause after undergoing her own cancer treatment, highlighting the emotional impact of hair loss and the confidence gained from wearing a wig.
With 65 Regis and Supercuts salons across the UK, the collaboration aims to significantly increase hair donations. Beyond wig provision, The Little Princess Trust also funds childhood cancer research, which Regis and Supercuts will actively promote through fundraising activities planned throughout 2026. This initiative leverages the widespread reach of these salon groups to amplify the charity's impact on both individual confidence and broader medical research.
