The event, held at The Foundry in Manchester, gathered suite owners and industry professionals. It featured speakers like suite owners Ashley Longmore, Mitch Woodiwiss, and Rupert Hayes, who shared their experiences as early adopters of the Phenix model.
Errol Douglas MBE attended as Guest of Honour, delivering a speech that drew from his own career path. John Gillespie, Managing Director of Phenix Salon Suites UK and Europe, stated that the community is central to the brand's operations and that Phenix Live was designed to reflect this. He indicated that further community-focused events are planned.
