The HOB Academy has unveiled its new Silhouette Collection, conceived under the direction of International Creative Director Akin Konizi. This collection focuses on wearable geometric haircuts, distinguished by sharp lines, varied textures, and architectural structures. The design prioritises craftsmanship and control, presenting each style as a sculpted piece meant to enhance facial features and bone structure. Strong angles and clean silhouettes contribute a graphic, modern aesthetic.
Fashion-forward styling complements the hair designs, using proportion and balance to create visual interest. The minimalist approach ensures the haircuts remain the focal point, reinforcing the collection's refined impact. This creates a visual language that bridges hair design and high-concept fashion.
The Silhouette Collection re-evaluates conventional notions of beauty. It celebrates strength and individuality through disciplined design and bold creative expression. This collection was executed by the HOB Creative Team, including Nestor Sanchez-Gomez, Elijah Hourrides, Jake Unger, Brad Baker, Jake Simmonds, and Chloe Buckler, who were also recognised as Artistic Team of the Year. John Christopher handled the makeup and Richard Miles provided the photography.
