Charlotte Paints Hair, a two-time Silver winner at the Salon Business Awards, is doubling its salon space from 78m² to 156m². This expansion aims to boost both client services and staff training opportunities.
The enlarged salon, led by Charlotte O’Flanagan, will feature nine additional styling stations and two more backwashes, bringing the total to 17 seats. This design intends to improve operational flow while maintaining service quality. A new upstairs area will house beauty services like nails, make-up, and brows, creating a comprehensive offering.
A dedicated blow-dry bar with a custom table is a highlight of the new layout. The interior design balances practicality with aesthetic appeal, reflecting the salon's commitment to creative spaces and high-end client experiences.
O’Flanagan states the expansion invests in both the team and clients, enabling advanced services and professional growth. The move supports the salon's reputation as a centre for colour expertise and education.
